  • You must contact sagaplants@gmail.com within 24 hours of your plant’s arrival and provide a photo of the damaged plant(s).
  • Orders that have been delayed or mishandled by the carrier may not qualify.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Returns

We do not accept plant returns under any circumstances other than the ones described above. For more assistance, please contact sagaplants@gmail.com

Proper Care

  • Plants must be given de-mineralized water (distilled or measured with a TDS meter to be free of hard minerals) and receive adequate light through either organic or LED-based sources.
  • Plants must not be kept in a plantar that will leach minerals into the soil (rock, glass, metal).
  • Plants improperly cared for are not eligible for refund. You will receive a care sheet, please follow the instructions.

Dormancy and Browning

Many species of carnivorous plants experience a winter dormancy period. The plants will look different from the photos on the website during the months of December-March due to this. They may arrive appearing unhealthy or even dead.

Carnivorous plants, particularly pitchers and flytraps, are constantly regenerating traps and pitchers. After catching insects a number of times, a trap or pitcher will start to brown and die as new ones crop up. Browning leaves are a normal and natural part of carnivorous plant ownership. We often trim our plants to maintain an aesthetic appearance and you may do so as well.
